We’re a Martial Arts (BJJ – Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Self Defence, MMA and Kickboxing) and Fitness Gym with a very clear identity and objective: help children and adults do things they thought they couldn’t through fitness training (physical and mental) and Martial Arts. We offer: 

  • BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) for adults and kids (from age 5)

  • Kickboxing
  • MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)
  • TRX/Suspension Training
  • HIIT and PTs
  • Open gym

Why did I build Rolling Dojo? The purpose wasn’t to create a business but rather create a remarkable experience for those interested in fitness, martial arts, self-defence and mental growth. A place where martial artists can train safely and evolve and all people can achieve their fitness and mental goals in a Zen-like environment. A place where you feel safe, inspired and where the time stops to give you the chance to reinvigorate your mind and body.

The only thing that we guarantee at Rolling Dojo is an incredible and fun workout (martial arts or fitness), a clean, safe and very inspiring environment where you will grow in some way, perhaps more than one.

You will be surrounded by likeminded people, we’ll get up to dopamine-producing activities and every month you will successfully do something you thought couldn’t do.
