A lot of academies around the world have been closing because of the Coronavirus pandemic that we’re facing. Although our area hasn’t been affected particularly yet– there’s only one confirmed case in the region at the time of this video– we had many long discussions about whether we could ethically continue running classes while facing down large-scale infection. We came to the conclusion that we could not, especially given the unanimous opinion of so many experts with far more experience than us.
All hope is not lost if you can to train Jiu Jitsu with us, we’re going to be exploring a bunch of ways to train, both virtually and in-person. Let’s stay fit as a community even though we can’t necessarily be in the gym together.
